The Dangers of Drinking Too Much Water


When people talk about water, the topics of discussion generally revolve around the various benefits that we get by drinking lots of water on a daily basis.

The average person should consume around 1 litre of water per 30kg of their own body weight per day in order to maintain optimal organ functioning and homeostasis in the body.

Drinking excessively more than that can have devastating effects and often fatal results – an issue which is not known to many in the public.
